We stayed at the Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa over the Family Day / Valentine’s Day long weekend (Friday to Sunday), and overall it was a good stay with a few things worth noting. Arrival can get a bit congested. When you pull into the hotel entrance, it’s a single driveway area and we had to wait behind a couple of cars before pulling up. Valet is right there and very organized. Valet parking is $70 per night, self-parking through the hotel is $50 and located about a block away, and there are other independent lots nearby that are cheaper ($10–$15), but less convenient. Since we were traveling with a toddler in winter weather, valet was absolutely worth it for us. If you’re unloading, I’d recommend grabbing one of the luggage carts near the entrance right away while one person checks in. Check-in was smooth. We waited about 5–10 minutes, but shortly after us the line grew to around 20 people, so timing definitely matters on busy weekends. Elevators were efficient and we didn’t experience long waits. The amenities are solid. There’s a pool, a hot tub, a gym, and water stations in the fitness area. The spa has additional outdoor hot tubs and a sauna, which looked great, but those are reserved for spa guests. It would be nice if there were outdoor hot tubs accessible to regular hotel guests as well, especially families. One suggestion for Marriott would be to install more filtered water refill stations throughout the hotel (not just in the gym). It’s something many resorts are doing now to reduce plastic waste, and it would elevate the overall guest experience. Our room was on the seventh floor. It was clean and nicely maintained. However, the room temperature was an issue. Even in winter, the room felt very warm and the air was extremely dry. The windows are sealed shut (understandable for safety), but that meant no fresh air circulation. Despite trying to adjust the temperature, it remained hot and dry, which made sleeping uncomfortable. We booked two queen beds. One bed was fine, but the other mattress felt uneven and slightly sunken on one side, which unfortunately made for a poor night’s sleep. The bathroom was also a bit tight in terms of space. Overall, the hotel is in a fantastic location with beautiful views and good amenities, and valet was very convenient for families. However, room comfort — particularly temperature control and mattress quality — could use improvement. I’d still consider staying again, but those details matter, especially on a premium weekend.

Marriott Fallsview was honestly such an amazing, boujee experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us so well. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. It made the whole stay feel elevated. The view? Absolutely spectacular. Compared to most hotels in Niagara Falls, this one is next level. Waking up and seeing the Falls right there is unreal. If you’re paying to stay in Niagara Falls, this is where you should stay. It is 100% worth every penny. The only downside is parking. All of the parking is pretty far away. Even valet parking had my car about 15 minutes off-site, which was a little inconvenient. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to be aware of. Overall though, it was a beautiful stay and I would absolutely book there again. Luxury vibes with a view that’s hard to beat.

Great stay. All rooms have a great view of the falls and are spacious. Had an issue with the iron and the reception sent someone right away with a new one. The housekeeper came to make the room at 9:30am and we told her it’s not needed as we were still sleeping. Didn’t expect her to come again, but she did while we were out. This was a nice surprise since most hotels don’t offer housekeeping anymore. Location is ideal. Close to the falls, restaurants and attractions.

Excellent spa and great room (could have been more spacious based on size of the party & price) BUT highway robbery at $50+ for the parking and restaurant (e.g. hidden tourism fees). Two years ago, I went to the spa for my birthday and also to explore the hotel to determine whether it would be good place to host a health retreat event. I had an EXCELLENT experience with exceptional hospitality. The conceirge even sent up a piece of chocolate cake/brownie with bottle of wine. It was so thoughtful and really made me want to come back. The room was spacious, with a day bed overlooking the FALLS. The spa was also AMAZING. This time, it was a milestone birthday for me and my parents' 45th anniversary and while the room was CLEAN it was a tight squeeze. We had to manoevre to get adequate photos for the photoshoot. I kept thinking about my last time and wishing I had that room as there would be more space. Now the parking. This was ridiculous as I thought we would be saving $75 by parking ourselves only to be hit with a $50 parking fee. This is also after being given POOR directions to the place (we spent at least 10-15 minutes tryig to find) and almost falling in the ICE RINK of a parking lot. It was RIDICULOUS!! Imagine my senior dad falling there! Do better!

We came to Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa for a girls’ weekend with the goal of enjoying the spa and having a relaxing getaway, and overall it was a great experience. Check-in was seamless, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Fallsview room along with early check-in, which was immensely appreciated. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the view of the Falls was absolutely beautiful. One thing to be aware of is the cost of parking. Be prepared to pay a lot — we self-parked off-site and it was almost $60, which honestly blew my mind. Unfortunately, that seems to be unavoidable in the area. We did have a couple of minor room issues. Our water never got properly hot, and the shower was quite loud and noisy, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the comfort of the beds and the view made up for some of it. The spa experience itself was lovely. The thermal hot springs are on the smaller side, but it wasn’t busy during our visit, so we were able to fully enjoy them. We all booked spa services — both my sister and girlfriend really enjoyed their facials and massages. However, I would not recommend the body scrub. It felt rushed, not relaxing at all, and honestly like something I could have done better myself. For the price, it was a big letdown. Overall, we would absolutely return and recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with an incredible view of the Falls and a nice spa experience (just be selective with the treatments).

Location wise fantastic especially from our room floor 21. Great view of Horseshoe and American falls. Room was pretty good, bed fantastic, bathroom fantastic. Lobby area tired, usual Starbucks coffee shop, boring!! It’s a shame the bar area isn’t updated and warmer, a fire burning in winter would make such a difference. All staff were great. Why people moan about getting to falls is beyond me, all hotels apart from Sheraton pretty much next to each other. It’s a 20 minute walk as Fernicular was out of order although a bus had been played on so all good. Plenty of eateries within walking distance.

My stay was good overall, but it did not feel exceptional for the price. The highlight of the Executive Fallsview Suite was definitely the breathtaking view of Niagara Falls, which made the experience memorable. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. When we entered the room, the tissue box had not been refilled and we had to call reception to have it replaced. The room itself was comfortable and had the basic amenities expected, but I believe the toiletries could be improved. It would be helpful to include a dedicated face wash or an additional bar of soap, as guests should not have to use the same soap intended for handwashing for their face. We also opted for the breakfast included package, but the breakfast quality was disappointing. The pastries appeared to be frozen products similar to those supplied by large distributors like Sysco. The muffins were deflated, the honeydew melon was cut in a way that looked unprofessional, and the sausages were quite dry. Overall, the breakfast did not match the expectations for a hotel of this category, especially considering the room rate was around $600 for the night. The location and the incredible Falls view are definitely the biggest strengths of the property, but some improvements in room preparation and breakfast quality would make the experience much better.

The high-floor view was fabulous — we enjoyed watching the sunrise, sunset, and the night view with the fall lights illuminated. Breakfast was good with warm service. The hotel feels a bit aged, but the hot water pool was definitely a plus and made our stay more relaxing.
